Serve in an Irish coffee cup

Mixing instructions:

Moisten rim of glass with cherry juice or water. Dip rim into coarse sugar to coat heavily. Pour tequila and coffee liquor into glass. Gently float 151 proof rum on top. Carefully ignite rum and swirl glass to lightly melt sugar with flame. Immediately pour in coffee to extinguish flames and fill cup. Top with whipped cream and cherry.

Serve with a florish, but sip slowly, it's hot and potent! This is a great hot coffee drink for those cold nights. Very intriguing to watch being assembled but, watch out, it can sneak up on you.

1/2 cs of Mike's Hard Limeade

Dump ice into cooler, pour in the Mike's hard Lemonade and hard limeade, then pour in the sprite and then the vodka. Stur to mix and surve form cooler.

In a shaker, half filled with crushed ice, combine Tequila and Apfelkorn. Shake well. Strain into a high-ball glass filled with a few icecubes. Fill up with orangejuice. Serve with salt and lemon as a usual Tequila shot.

Mixing:

4 oz Sugar Cane Aguardiente
4 Cinnamon sticks
1 cup Water
1 tsp Sugar or a chunk of Panela
Lemon juice

(Panela is an unrefined rough and dark sweetener obtained from sugarcane juice, it is typical of Central and South America and it comes in a shape of a brick which can be chopped or shaved and used in different kinds of food preparations)

Mixing:
Heat water and add cinnamon sticks. Let it boil for 5 minutes and stir in sugar or panela. Zimmer for 3 minutes more until sugar or panela dissolves. Rim a lowball glass using lemon juice and dipping in sugar, pour aguardiente into it and add cinnamon tea, lemon juice to taste. Serve hot.

1 tsp Nutmeg
8 oz Ice

Serve in: Pitcher

Mixing instructions:

Pre-mix all ingridiants(except ice, cherry, and nutmeg) into pitchers, then pour into a blender and add ice. Mix for 45 seconds on medium power. pour back into pitcher and Serve with a cute umbrella and straw with nutmeg and cherry on the top.
