Yes, it is Devil's food cake day! So luscious, so sinfully good. Perfect timing, a bit of fun today. I am for maintaining weight and fitness, but a splurge can brighten a day during this crunch period. I am primarily a cookie monster, but the smell of chocolate cake permeating the house is so good. Mixing is the ingredients a lot of fun . Never be short chocolate . Do you have a favorite Devils food cake recipe ? Alternatively do you have a different type of cake that you would prefer? Any one want help with baking today?

 Very nice, I am more of a chocolate fudge cake kind of lady as it's more moist. The devil's food cakes always seem to dry to me. I hope you get to enjoy your favorite cake today, and I hope your Tuesday treats you well..
