Ok since our last party we have been racking our brains on how to go about throwing our next party.....
Due to issues with the last couple of parties (complaints from other guests, peep having sex in the public bathroom, puking in the hallways/bathroom floors, etc....) we need to increase the number of rooms that our group books at the host hotel in order to continue having parties.....
I know some people have an issue with the price of the rooms. I checked with numerous hotels before settling on the current hotel. I could book with a cheaper hotel but they have considerably smaller party rooms (like 1/3 the size at best) which would make for an extremely crowded party. For anyone that goes to the Chattanooga parties, you know that is the one major gripe about their parties. I have checked with hotels in Murfreesboro all they way through Nashville.
There are VERY few hotels that will let us BYOB, play music till midnight or later, and generally be ourselves. Especially for repeat parties.
I am looking for your suggestions as this is what we have come up with so far:
1. Holding fewer parties. Maybe only 1-2 a year. Maybe fewer parties will allow more people to afford to attend.
2. Requiring a package deal. Hotel and door fee in one.
3. Requiring a 75%-100% sell out of the hotel 30-45 days in advance or cancelling the party.
4. A discount on the door fee if you stay at the host hotel.
Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Swinging & Relationships 101

We routinely have new members ask how to go about entering the lifestyle or existing members asking how to proceed to the next level or how to handle different situations.
So we thought we would help put out some general information that will hopefully help answer some questions and maybe help start some dialouge between partners, members, and new comers to help everyone navigate their way down the alternative relationship path or realize that this is not for them.
First and foremost, the Swinging lifestyle, alternative relationships, open relationships, and the many variations of anything other than a true monogamous relationship is NOT for everyone. Some people take to it like they were born for it and others grow into it and then others just dont. If you have doubts about your position on alternative relationships, then the best suggestion is to take it slow and dont force anything.
Most of the general rules and guidelines for swinging can also be applied to normal relationships. And as for most rules, there are always exceptions, but for the majority of issues they are a good starting point.
There is SO much information, that it would take too long to put everything in a single post. We will update this post periodically (trying for at least once a week minimum) with new information.

For those of you that don't know.....DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples disabled my profile, disabled this group page, and removed the post for the party information for July 26 because someone reported me for violation of the Term of Use.
This is the Term of Use quoted from the site that I have supposedly violated:

I want to post a rebuttal to everyone to ensure that it is VERY clear that we are not in this for commercial or profit reasons:
1. We host these Meet & Greets ONLY because DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples members have requested hotel parties. It is a safer, less pressured way to meet DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples members because you are not meeting one-on-one. Most of us already know each other, so we can very easily help keep an eye on any females that may need help. Would you rather set up a date with someone on here and then end up in your worse nightmare?
2. We do NOT send out unsolicited emails promoting these parties. I only respond to emails sent to us.
3. The only place I direct members to get more information is to this group page. Even though we do have pages outside of here that has the information, we do NOT violate the rule by posting outside web addresses.
4. We do have ocassionaly have commerical vendors onsite at the parties for members to browse, but ONLY if they so choose. It is not a requirement of attending by any means. We try to keep it to only DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples members that have a hobby that they like to do that provides a service to our members that they MAY wish to partake in.
5. We are NOT in this to make any money. Anyone that has tried to rent a banquet room knows what kind of expense is involved. Keep in mind also that we provide snacks, sodas, ice, decorations, give aways, a DJ, buckets for drinks, name tags.....etc All I try to do is break even and there have been some parties that we did NOT and some that we did make a lil, but in the end accounting we are not making anything off these.
I am not giving up on this fight, I will continue to email and call DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples regarding this issue and try to make them understand why most of their members request these parties and why they should allow their members to post party information. Yes, there are going to be true commercial clubs posting information, but I believe DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples members and staff are intelligent enough to be able to determine the difference rather than ban everyone in general. I would like to request that any member that agrees or even disagrees with me, take 5 minutes to send your opinion to DateEtc - Dating For Ladies and Couples through the Help/contact link at the very bottom of every page. Maybe if they hear from enough of us, they will review and revise their Terms of Use.

Why should you attend a meet & greet

Are you tired of setting up "dates" and then having them no show or back out at the last minute?

We host meet and greets to provide people a chance to get together with friends and give you a chance to meet new people without the
hassle of "dates from hell". Out of 100 people you are sure to meet at least a few people that you hit it off with, whether it be just as friends to hang out with or even more 
These are not orgies or sex parties, not that you may not be able to participate in an orgy or sex, but we ask that you take that back to your private hotel room so that everyone at the meet will be more comfortable with the environment.
